The Saudi club Al Hilal qualified for the semi-finals of the 2023 Club World Cup, after winning on penalties over Wydad Casablanca (1-1; 5-3), this Saturday at the Moulay Abdellah complex in Rabat.
WAC opened the scoring thanks to a corner kick from Ayoub El Amloud in the second half before being joined in stoppage time on a penalty from Mohamed Kanno (90 + 4th).
The Asian champion will therefore face Flamengo, winner of the Copa Libertadores, for a place in the final of the competition.
