Visa For Music festival to donate ticket sale proceeds to quake victims

The Rabat-based music festival, Visa For Music (VFM) announced donating ticket sales proceeds ahead of the 10 edition to the Al Haouz earthquake special aid fund.

The event, which will take place from November 22 to November 25 in Rabat, calls on people to join for an unforgettable musical discovery and “a meaningful gesture of solidarity.”

In a press release shared on socials, the festival organization said “All proceeds from our ticket sales will be donated to the special fund for managing earthquake effects that recently struck the kingdom of Morocco.”

The musical celebration caters to a large African and Middle Eastern crowd, bringing together music professionals, big and emerging artists, politicians, and more to exchange on a constantly growing industry and enjoy the capital’s beauty.

VFM takes place in many venues such as Palais Tazi, the theatre Mohammed V, the streets of Rabat, Cervantes, and the French cultural center.

Early bird passes cost MAD 400 for four full days of festivities.
