The Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC) announced that it had approved, on Monday, a preliminary prospectus relating to the increase in the capital of the company “Veolia Environnement”, reserved for employees of the group.
This operation, whose reservation period in Morocco will run from September 14 to 24, will be through the issuance of a maximum of 11,572,227 shares, said the AMMC in a press release.
In Morocco, the operation concerns the employees of the “Veolia Environmental Services Morocco”, “Veolia Environnement Industrie Maroc”, “Amendis”, “Redal”, “Amanor”, “Veos Hazardous Waste” and “Compagnie de travaux” subsidiaries hydraulic systems of the Maghreb, ”said the same source.
The subscription price will be set on November 04, the press release notes.
It should be noted that the main objective of this operation, according to the prospectus, is to strengthen employees’ ties with the Group, by enabling them to be more closely associated with the development, objectives and performance of Veolia Environnement.
