A partnership agreement has been signed between the Faculty of Health Sciences and Techniques (FSTS) under the Mohammed VI University of Health Sciences and the Higher Institute of Psychomotor Rehabilitation (ISRP). It is a French institute recognized by the State which has been training for the profession of psychomotor therapist for 50 years.
In a press release announcing the signing of the agreement, the UM6SS indicates that among its more than ten courses, the FSTS provides professional license training in psychomotor skills which is spread over a period of 3 years.
This training gives its students the opportunity to develop very advanced skills in establishing a psychomotor assessment as well as in the rehabilitation of different types of disorders related to personality, psychomotor development, emotional and relational regulations or again to disorders of the representation of the body of psychic or physical origin.
This partnership agreement, continues the same source, is based on 4 main areas: Initial training, continuing training, professional integration and research and development. It aims to encourage educational exchanges, in particular on bilateral Bachelor and Master programs, as well as to develop those in research.
In addition, it will lead to the establishment of student exchange programs allowing them to benefit from certifying training. This future collaboration will also open up the possibility of organizing colloquiums, meetings and joint scientific meetings between the two partners.
