The Ivorian Association of Renewable Energies AIENR pays tribute to the late Azelarab El Harti, former president of the National Federation of Electricity, Electronics and Renewable Energies (FENELEC).
A tribute paid to the late Azelarab El Harti for all the actions of economic rapprochement in the electricity and Renewable Energy sectors between Morocco and Côte d’Ivoire that he initiated and consolidated, let the organizers know in a press release.
On this occasion, the AIENR decided to organize the 2nd Edition of the National Promotional Days of Energy Saving, Solar Energy and Sustainable Development JN-ECO ENERGIE which will be held from May 27 to 29, 2021, at the Abidjan Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Benefiting from the aegis and the effective presidency of the Ivorian Minister of the Environment and Sustainable Development, the Show presents the know-how of the 12 countries of the African Confederation of Electricity (CAFELEC) namely Benin, Burkina Faso , Cameroon, Ivory Coast, Gabon, Guinea, Mali, Morocco, Mauritania, Niger, Senegal and Togo specifies the same source.
In his speech, Doctor Mamadou Fofana Advisor to President Alassane Ouattara, quoted by the press release, retraced the life and actions of the late El Harti whom he affectionately calls ” My lookalike“. About thirty Moroccan companies members of FENELEC present their industries in both manufacturing and engineering of electrical installation and Renewable Energies.
The Director General of the Institute for Research in Solar Energy and New Energies (IRESEN), Badr Ikken, will provide the opening remarks on behalf of the Kingdom of Morocco. Alongside its staff, they will provide private and public professionals with Moroccan know-how in the field and will also provide training on Renewable Energies, indicates AIENR.
To conclude, the organizers indicate that the Ivorian fair is also a suitable platform to communicate on the International Fair elec expo, Ener Event and Tronica Expo organized by FENELEC from November 24 to 27, 2021 at the OFEC Exhibition and Fairs space in Casablanca.
