It is a fifth consecration for TotalEnergies Marketing Morocco which has just been elected once again “Customer Service of the Year Morocco 2022”.
This distinction was awarded to TotalEnergies Marketing Morocco by the Morocco Customer Service Barometer (BSCM), in recognition of the quality of its continuous commitment and its ability to listen to the needs and requirements of its customers.
For Tarik Moufaddal, Managing Director of TotalEnergies Marketing Morocco, “Obtaining this label is a pride shared by all employees of TotalEnergies Marketing Morocco, but also with all our partners in the Kingdom. The pride of a team united around a common desire: To best serve our customers, in each of our businesses”.
This fifth consecration comes as the Company changed its name and visual identity in 2021 to carry a new ambition: To become a major player in the energy transition, by investing for example in Morocco for the solarization of the service station network, and the development of charging stations for hybrid and electric vehicles.
Present in Morocco for more than 90 years, TotalEnergies Marketing Morocco is a major player in the entire petroleum products market: network of service stations, industrial customers, lubricants, aviation, LPG and logistics. Since its establishment in the country, the Company has constantly supported economic development through major investment programs.
Today, TotalEnergies Marketing Morocco generates nearly 600 direct jobs and more than 5,000 indirect jobs, markets 1.6 million tons of petroleum products each year and has more than 360 service stations throughout the country, including ten on motorways. Third player in the distribution of petroleum products and services in the country, it holds an estimated market share of 15%.
