Threatened with eviction from the post of National Coordinator of the Liberal Party, Mohammed Ziane won his case. Indeed, the court issued, Wednesday 14, a final judgment which maintains the former Minister of Human Rights at the head of the party.
Threatened to lose his post following the holding of a National Council of his party by members of the “reform movement” in December 2020 with the aim of ousting him, the president remains in his post by a court decision.
Recall that he had preceded the movement initiated by his former right-hand man and nephew Ishak Sharia by deciding with the members of the Executive Committee to remove the dissidents.
At the time, Ziane accused the initiators of the “reform movement”, namely Ishak Charia and Anouar Boujamaa, of being in the pay of the party’s enemies and of wanting to weaken it a few months before the elections of 2021.
