Morocco has identified over the past 24 hours, 52 new Covid-19 contaminations, bringing the national total since the start of the pandemic to 950,643 cases with a cumulative incidence rate of 2,602 / 100,000 inhabitants.
Thus, the region of Rabat-Salé-Kénitra is at the top of the Covid-19 contaminations with 23 cases recorded in 24 hours (16 in Rabat, 3 in Salé, 2 in Skhirate-Témara, 2 in Kénitra), followed by the region of Casablanca-Settat which identified 15 contaminations (10 in Casablanca, 3 in El Jadida, 1 in Nouaceur, 1 in Benslimane), followed by the Souss-Massa region which identified 6 positive cases in 24 hours (5 in Agadir-Ida-Ou -Tanane, 1 in Inezgane-Ait Melloul).
In fourth place comes the region of Marrakech-Safi which identified 4 new contaminations in the city of Marrakech, followed by the region of Béni-Mellal-Khénifra which identified 3 new contaminations in 24 hours in the city of Khouribga. Finally, the Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima region has identified a single contamination in the city of Tangier-Assilah.
The other regions of the Kingdom have not identified any new contamination in the past 24 hours.
