The High Level Meeting confirmed “Spain’s good relations with Morocco” and made it possible to adopt some twenty “extremely important” agreements, Ms. Alegria noted.
In this sense, she stressed the “fundamental importance” for Spain and all European countries to continue to work in “coordination” with Morocco.
The 12th session of the Morocco-Spain HLM, held under the joint chairmanship of the Head of Government, Aziz Akhannouch, and the President of the Spanish Government, Pedro Sanchez, was sanctioned by a Joint Declaration, in which both parties expressed their commitment. to perpetuate the relationships of excellence that have always linked them and reaffirm their desire to continuously enrich them.
The two parties signed, on this occasion, several cooperation agreements covering several areas including migration management, tourism, infrastructure, water resources, environment, agriculture, vocational training, security social, transport, health security and research and development.
