The Moroccan Beach Soccer selection was paid into pool A of the Arab Cup (Saudi Arabia 2023), alongside the host country, Mauritania and Lebanon, following the draw which took place on Sunday in Riyadh.
Group B of this competition, organized by the Union of Arab Football Associations (UAFA) from May 11 to 20 at King Abdullah Sports City, includes: Oman, Egypt, Palestine and Sudan.
As for Group C, it is made up of the United Arab Emirates, Libya, Kuwait and the Comoros.
This Cup is part of the UAFA competitions for the 2023 season. Its first edition, which took place in Egypt in 2008, was won by the host country.
For its part, Saudi Arabia won the 2nd edition which took place on its land, while the 3rd, organized in Egypt, was won by the Pharaohs.
