Thus, after being received Thursday, May 12, at the central headquarters of the Socialist Union of Popular Forces (USFP) party in Rabat by Driss Lachgar, First Secretary of the USFP, they met, Nabil Benabdallah, secretary general of the Progress and Socialism Party (PPS), and Abdelilah Benkirane, secretary general of the Justice and Development Party (PJD), before consulting this Friday morning with Mohand Laenser, secretary general of the Popular Movement (MP) .

According to Driss Sentissi, “theare meetings of presidents of opposition groups and groupings in the House of Representatives with the leaders of the opposition are initially intended to listen to each other, observations and suggestions before the consultations“.
He also noted that ” these meetings were very positive, without overbidding, nor suggestive power, and that it was therefore, a message to the Moroccan citizen to reassure him as to the constitutional roles that the opposition tries to fulfill at best “.
And our interlocutor added: The general secretaries made suggestions as to the common activities to be carried out, in the pure respect of the ideology, traditions and history of each party. “.
Coordination does not mean, he continued, ” merge into one and the same team, but rather that each one has full autonomy to act and counter the government to oral questions and by submitting the initiatives deemed appropriate “.
