The government council, meeting this Thursday, adopted the texts relating to the elections.
The executive thus approved the draft decrees setting September 8 as the date for the election of members of municipal councils, districts, regions and the chamber of representatives.
It also adopted a draft decree setting September 21 as the date for the election of members of the councils of prefectures and provinces, as well as the draft setting October 5 as the date for the election of members of the chamber of councilors.
Two other draft decrees were adopted, setting August 6 as the date for the election of members of the chambers of agriculture, commerce, industry and services, crafts and maritime fisheries.
