The General Delegation for Prison Administration and Reintegration (DGAPR) announced on Friday the continuation of the organization of family visits for the benefit of inmates in all penitentiary establishments, in accordance with the conditions in force.
In a press release, the DGAPR notes “that it was decided to continue to organize family visits in all penitentiary establishments, in accordance with the conditions in force, while granting the necessary facilities to members of the Moroccan community in foreigners and foreign visitors, in order to be able to visit their detained relatives more than once and for a sufficient period of time, with the obligation to strictly observe preventive and precautionary measures ”.
This decision comes following the constant improvement of the epidemiological situation in all regions of the Kingdom and the absence of cases of Covid-19 infection in prisons, in addition to the increase in the number of vaccinated, concludes the press release.
