The Disciplinary Committee of the National Professional Football League imposed heavy penalties on Raja following the events that punctuated the derby against Wydad, on behalf of the 21st day of Botola.
Held in check by the eternal rival, the WAC (2-2), the Greens will have to go to the checkout to pay off the very heavy and very numerous fines imposed by the Disciplinary Committee.
The Raja will therefore have to pay:
– 50,000 DH for the use of smoke bombs.
– 5,000 DH for throwing bottles on the lawn.
– 2,000 DH for having received 7 cards, including three red ones.
– 20,000 DH against Mondher Kebaeïr, who will also be suspended for one match.
The assistant coach of the Greens also received the same sanction as the coach, while Mohamed Boulacsout received a one-match suspension and a 2,000 DH fine.
Raja will also have to bear the cost of repairing the damage caused by its supporters to the Mohammed V complex.
For its part, Wydad gets off very lightly and will have to pay a fine of 2,000 DH for the six yellow cards and one red obtained during this meeting, and 3,000 DH for its player, Taha Mourid, who also suffered of a game suspension.
