The Superior Council of the Judicial Power (CSPJ) issued disciplinary measures against 15 magistrates referred to the council.
These decisions, according to a press release from the Council, were taken after all disciplinary procedures had been exhausted, in full respect of legal guarantees, while taking into account the management approach adopted as a working method by the CSPJ in this regard. .
After a thorough and global examination of the reports and documents appearing in the files and listening to the magistrates concerned, the Council decided to exonerate two judges and to take disciplinary sanctions against 13 others.
Thus, the Council decided to warn 7 magistrates, to warn and transfer another, to blame 2 magistrates and to suspend provisionally for a period of one month with transfer a magistrate. In addition, the Council pronounced the dismissal against two magistrates.
