The Council of Government examines the compensation for accidents at work

A Council of Government will be held next Thursday under the chairmanship of the head of government Aziz Akhannouch.

A press release from the Department of the Head of Government specifies that at the start of its work, the Council will examine a draft law amending and supplementing the law relating to compensation for accidents at work.

The Council will then work on two draft decrees, the first of which applies the provisions of the law relating to copyright and related rights, with regard to remuneration for reprographic reproduction, while the second draft decree relates to the payment compensation to participants in the preparation and carrying out of the General Population and Housing Census (RGPH).

The Council will then examine an agreement concluded on 9 May 2023 in Rabat between the governments of Morocco and Cape Verde, intended to avoid double taxation and to combat tax evasion with regard to income taxes, as well as a draft decree approving the said agreement.

At the end of its work, the Board will examine proposals for appointment to higher positions, in accordance with the provisions of Article 92 of the Constitution.
