The Casablanca Stock Exchange started its exercise in the negative on Monday, its flagship index, the MASI, falling by 0.16% to 11,774.83 points (pts).
The MASI.20, an index comprising the 20 most liquid stocks, dropped 0.07% to 956.79 pts, and the MASI.ESG, index of companies with the best ESG rating, as published by Moody’s ESG Solutions, dropped 0.25% to 882.96 pts.
Regarding the MASI Mid and Small Cap, thematic index which calculates the performance of the prices of small and medium-sized companies listed on the Casablanca Stock Exchange, it strengthened by 0.05% to 936.73 pts.
On Friday, the MASI closed up 0.49%.
