Beautiful tribute that the ocher city paid to the late Mohamed El Ouafa, who died on December 27th. The Minister of National Education, Vocational Training, Higher Education and Scientific Research, Saïd Amzazi, has, in this sense, visited this weekend, the primary school “Al Jabal Al Akhdar”, renamed from the name of the late politician.
Within this public school, Amzazi unveiled the commemorative plaque and the one bearing the new name of the school, in the presence of the Secretary General of the Department of National Education at the Ministry, the Director of the Regional Academy of Education and Training, the provincial director of National Education and members of the deceased’s family.
The initiative to rename a school in the name of the late Mohamed El Ouafal, former minister in charge, is a sign of recognition of the efforts made by the late and his sincere patriotism in the accomplishment of the many missions of which he is acquitted both inside the Kingdom and abroad.
This event also offered the minister and the accompanying delegation the opportunity to learn about the structures, spaces and educational skills of this public establishment, through the activities and professional practices carried out by the reading clubs. and digital resources, tolerance and coexistence as well as ecological and health.
