Semi-finalists of the last World Cup, the Atlas Lions have 1655.5 points on the clock and remain the continental leader, ahead of Senegal (18th), Tunisia (31st), Algeria (33rd) and Egypt (34th).
This decline is due to the results of the last two games played by Walid Regragui’s men, namely a draw (0-0) against Cape Verde and a defeat (2-1) against South Africa .
At the world level, Argentina remains in the lead, ahead of France (2nd) and Brazil (3rd).
