The Moroccan women’s football team arrived in Australia on Monday, in anticipation of their participation in the final phase of the Women’s World Cup.
The draw for this planetary competition, scheduled in Australia and New Zealand from July 20 to August 20, placed the Atlas Lionesses in Pool H alongside Germany, Colombia and South Korea.
As part of its preparation for this World Cup, the national team will play its last friendly match against Jamaica, on the 16th. In its two previous friendly confrontations, it had drawn (0-0) against Italy on July 1 and Switzerland on Wednesday.
