The Agency for Agricultural Development in partnership with the Belgian Agency for Development “ENABEL” is launching the 1st promotional campaign for Moroccan dates during this period of Chaâbane – Ramadan 1443 to promote Moroccan dates, encourage consumers to purchase and boost their sales during this period of high consumption in order to improve the income of producers in this sector.
She comes to highlight this noble product in 10 retail stores in Casablanca, Rabat, Temara, Tangier, Marrakech, Agadir, Essaouira, Kénitra, Mohammadia, and the Solidaire Oasis Market in Casablanca.
This action has the particularity of setting up refrigerated units to preserve the dates in the best conditions. Also, animators and street-marketers are deployed in all these points of sale to inform customers about the specific quality and the virtues of Moroccan dates, as well as raffle games allowing consumers to win baskets of local products each week.
The special Moroccan dates promotional campaign as well as all the news of Moroccan local products are broadcast on the Facebook and Instagram pages “Terroir du Maroc By ADA”.
This partnership between the two Agencies will continue with new actions to further develop the date palm industry and thus increase demand for this product nationally and internationally.
