Royal Air Maroc (RAM) announced the cancellation of some flights on January 31, from and to Paris, due to the notice of a civil service strike in France.
“Following the civil service strike notice in France on January 31, 2023, all airlines have been asked to reduce their flight schedule for the day of January 31, 2023 (applicable from 5:00 a.m. UT to 10:30 p.m. UT) on Paris-ORY airport and Royal Air Maroc supports its Customers by transferring them to other flights,” RAM says on its website.
Customers scheduled on canceled flights AT764 and AT765 on January 31, 2023 have been transferred to flights AT770 and AT771 on January 31, 2023, the same source said.
Customers scheduled on canceled flight AT777 on January 31, 2023 have been transferred to flight AT761 on January 31, 2023.
As for the customers scheduled for the canceled flight AT776 on January 31, 2023, they were transferred to flight AT760 and the remainder o/b at764 on February 01, 2023.
In addition, for all holders of Royal Air Maroc plane tickets on the above flights, not wishing to travel on board the above flights made available to them, the national company will grant reimbursement of the ticket in its means of original payment or a free date change, depending on availability, to and from the same destination or a RAM network destination in Europe, for a new date of travel within 15 days of the date of the canceled flight provided that the initial length of stay is maintained.
It should be noted that for any change of destination, any difference in taxes is the responsibility of the passenger.
