At the same time, the Wali of the region paid a site visit for the construction project of the socio-sports center in the same municipality. The budget allocated to these two projects amounts to approximately 12.5 million dirhams. Financed by the National Initiative for Human Development fund amounting to 7 million dirhams, the relief and social integration center for the care of homeless people, comes to strengthen social infrastructure in the province of Beni Mellal. Note that this center, which has a capacity of more than 60 people,
aims to allow homeless people to access a reception and accommodation space in conditions guaranteeing human dignity.
The construction and development project of a socio-sports complex, the work of which has reached an advanced stage, is carried out over a total area of 7,181 m2 and is part of the efforts to strengthen sports and social infrastructure. in the commune of Oulad Mbarek. The budget allocated by the said municipality to this project amounts to approximately 5.5 million dirhams. This center consists of a cultural center, a community swimming pool, a nearby football field, and other equipment, it aims to improve the situation of women and young people, promote sport, create places of recreation in the municipality, allow the local population to participate in sports and social activities by benefiting in particular from socio-educational activities adapted to different age groups.
