The Renaissance and Virtue Party (PRV) presented its program for the general election on September 8. The copy advocates, in particular, the start of a real democratic transition which would make Morocco a model of the rule of law and institutions.
According to the program of Mohamed Khalidi’s party, the achievement of this objective depends on a perfect materialization of the provisions contained in the Constitution, a real separation of powers, a strong government as well as the implementation of the work of advanced regionalization for a plural Morocco.
The party also insists on the promotion of dialogue and transparency, the fight against all forms of authoritarianism and discrimination, good governance and the emergence of new political elites called upon to bring the new development model to fruition. .
The program also pleads for real social justice, promotion of the middle class, the rule of law, the fight against insecurity and unemployment, the reduction of social and territorial disparities, the fight against corruption and patronage, and even more. the implementation of accountability mechanisms.
With regard to education in particular, the program promotes free education, quality and equal opportunities, which are the real fundamentals of progress, emphasizing the role of youth in the development of the country. The program also presents proposals in favor of a real political reform involving all components of society, pleading in the wake of the defense of the rights of Moroccans living abroad, their political participation and their representativeness within elected institutions.
