The city of Sebta is preparing its post-covid and expects a resumption of tourism, in particular by banking on the arrival of Moroccan tourists.
The reopening of the borders is eagerly awaited by the government of Sebta which hopes to resume its tourist activity with Moroccan travelers.
During his speech on Spanish TV, the 2nd Vice-President of the Government in charge of Education and Culture, Carlos Rontomé, was optimistic about a return of Moroccan tourists, without knowing when it may be possible.
“We would like the permeability to concern Moroccan tourism. Quality tourism, where the country’s middle class will be able to visit our city and carry out its usual expenses with our businesses and hotels ”, did he declare.
“We hope that, as part of the resumption of border activity, this profile of Moroccan tourists will once again invest the city and consider it an important place to visit”, he added.
