It should be recalled that Saad Lamjarred was sentenced on Friday February 24 to six years in prison for aggravated rape by the Paris Assize Court. He was convicted of raping and beating Laura P., then 20, in the bedroom of a Parisian palace on the night of October 25-26, 2016.
Aggravating circumstance, he was under the influence of alcohol and narcotic substances. On the other hand, he was acquitted of the charge of aggravated willful violence. He will be registered in the national file of perpetrators of sexual offences.
