Renaissance Sportive de Berkane (RSB) qualified for the final of the Confederation of African Football (CAF) Cup, after their victory by 4 goals to 1 (half-time 1-1) against Tout Puissant Mazembe (DR Congo), Sunday evening at the municipal stadium of Berkane, in the semi-final return.
The Berkanis opened the scoring through Bakr El Hilali (10th), while Phillippes Kinzumbi equalized a minute later.
In the second half, Larbi Naji restored the advantage to the locals (79th), before Youssef El Fahli scored twice (88th, sp, 90th+6).
In the first leg, Florent Ibenge’s proteges lost 1-0. In the final, RSB will face South African team Orlando Pirates, who eliminated Libya’s Al Ahli 2-0, return 0-1).
