In short, the Mohammed V sports complex is ready to host the final of the African Champions League which opposes this Monday evening, two tenors of African football.
If at the sporting level, nothing is yet decided in terms of organization, everything is at the top, at least on the security level. Indeed, they are already some 6,000 elements of the police who are mobilized to allow the party to be without any problem.
But not that, very advanced equipment, to ensure the security of this African football festival, has also been deployed, assured the police chief of Casablanca, Abdellah El Ouardi. “The Director General of National Security (DGSN) has given firm instructions to ensure the perfect organization of this sporting event“.
An event where all the sporting eyes of the world will be on the Kingdom. Abdallalh El Ouardi who was speaking during an inspection tour of the security system put in place added that a set of human and material resources were made available to the police headquarters of Casablanca by the General Directorate of national security.
He further warned that law enforcement will be responsible for identifying troublemakers (people holding counterfeit tickets or wishing to enter the stadium without a ticket, carrying smoke bombs, etc.). The Casablanca police chief has indicated that a search will be strictly carried out at the various entrances to the stadium. This device in men and materials is dedicated according to the prefect of police of Casablanca, Abdellah El Ouardi, to the success of this very distinguished African event, in which personalities from the world of football will take part, including the president of FIFA, Gianni Infantino.
As for the material resources deployed, El Ouardi said that special vehicles will be deployed for the first time at the Mohammed V Sports Complex and its surroundings, in order to successfully organize this match. These vehicles, he also said, have advanced technical means used in the process of pointing, remote photography and communication between all stakeholders inside and outside the stadium.
