The registration deadline for drivers who meet the conditions to benefit from the professional card has been extended until June 30, 2023, the Ministry of Transport and Logistics announced on Thursday.
This decision, specifies a press release from the ministry, comes within the framework of the implementation of the ministry’s commitments vis-à-vis professionals in terms of free compulsory training for obtaining the professional driver’s card.
Similarly, an awareness check will be carried out to encourage drivers to bring the professional driver’s card or the receipt for registration for a free training course to obtain said card, until they follow training and obtain a valid professional driver’s card, notes the ministry, noting that it plans to start this awareness check from July 1, 2023.
And to allow drivers previously registered with the Training Centers to obtain a secure summons, the Ministry recalls having set up an application allowing them to directly download the said document from its information system via the following link: http://sitrfp.transport.gov.ma/convocation. This application has been accessible since May 15, 2023.
The ministry calls on all professional drivers who meet the conditions to benefit from the said training free of charge, to register with the approved institutes before the end of the deadline and download the secure invitation via the link mentioned.
