The number of new tests carried out in 24 hours reached 7,809 for a national total of 12,302,574 tests carried out since the start of the pandemic. In addition, Morocco has recorded one death due to Covid-19 in the past 24 hours in the city of Tiznit (Souss-Massa region), bringing the national total of deaths to 16,260, while the case fatality rate stands this Tuesday at 1.29%.
Morocco has also recorded 327 recoveries, bringing the national total since the start of the pandemic to 1,244,813 remissions. The recovery rate stood at 98.57% on Tuesday, while the total number of active cases stood at 1,814 cases (0.14%).
