The Association “The Cultural Initiative” announced the postponement to a later date of the 18th edition of the International Festival of Cinema and Migrations of Agadir.
This postponement is justified by the decision of the Moroccan government to ban all festivals and cultural and artistic events, said the organizing association of the festival.
Initially scheduled from December 13 to 18, the festival is therefore postponed to the period between February 4 and 10.
As a reminder, the government announced that “on the basis of the legal provisions relating to the management of the state of health emergency and strengthening of the necessary preventive measures aimed at limiting the spread of the new coronavirus”, it was decided ” the ban on all festivals and all cultural and artistic events ”.
