This convention is implemented in accordance with the noble vision and immutable positions of King Mohammed VI, and is part of the efforts made to strengthen cooperation and the exchange of knowledge between Moroccan universities and their Palestinian counterparts, in particular through the adoption of joint educational and research programs, as well as the organization of joint academic and cultural events.
A collaboration which results from the close relations between the National School of Commerce and Management of Casablanca and the Embassy of Palestine in Morocco, where cooperation projects with Palestinian universities have already been launched at the initiative of the school. In this respect, a delegation from Al-Azhar University paid a visit to Morocco at the beginning of the year with the aim of meeting the officials of the National School of Commerce and Management of Casablanca and preparing this convention.
The agreement provides a valuable opportunity for both parties to strengthen higher education and develop scientific research in various fields, including business, management and social sciences. The agreement will also include the organization of exchange programs for students, teachers and researchers, the holding of joint seminars and conferences, as well as the exchange of teaching materials and scientific publications.
The latter reflects the commitment of both parties to strengthen cultural and academic cooperation between the Palestinian and Moroccan peoples, and to strengthen common cultural and scientific ties.
