Swarms of paratroopers participating in the African Lion exercise flew over the sky of Al Mahbes from 9:30 p.m., as part of parachute training in sensitive areas.
According to MoroccoLatestNews sources, three military planes, belonging to the forces of the African Lion, flew over the commune of Al Mahbes, before the paratroopers made their appearance, during an air assault exercise, while they were maneuvering in the sky over the city, about 220 kilometers southeast of Guelmim.
Al-Mahbas is considered one of the most important military zones due to its presence less than forty kilometers from the Tindouf camps and a few kilometers from the eastern borders of the Kingdom.
