Great regulars of Morocco, Nicolas Sarkozy and Carla Bruni are back in Marrakech for a special event. The former French president and his wife will attend a music concert. The former First Lady of France is invited there as a guest of honor, in her capacity as singer and composer.
This concert, called “The festival of oriental song”, will take place at the Menara in Marrakech with the theme “of sharing and peace”, and will be broadcast on Saturday June 19 on France 2. This artistic event will aim to highlight the great French and oriental songs.
A great opportunity for Carla Bruni to return to the front of the stage and for Marrakech to resume cultural activities after a blank year following the coronavirus crisis.
Marrakech is a very popular destination for the former presidential couple who had already enjoyed the sun of the ocher city during New Years Eve 2019. The former First Lady had not lacked praise for the Kingdom and its city.
