Fiorentina lost Wednesday night to West Ham in Prague in a fierce duel for the Europa League Conference final.
The Hammers, led by a solid Nayef Aguerd, were able to win their second title in their history against a Fiorentina who led the game throughout the match and a remarkable performance from another Moroccan, Sofyan Amrabat.
West Ham’s victory was obtained on a goal scored in the 90th minute of play thanks to Jarrod Bowen. The two teams were at the same score before, 1 to 1.
The opener was signed Said Benrahma had given West Ham the lead in the 62nd minute from a penalty, before Giacomo Bonaventura equalized moments later.
Thanks to this victory, the London club qualifies for the Europa League next season.
