Under the chairmanship of the mayor of the metropolis, Nabila Rmili, the Office of the Council of the Municipality of Casablanca held a meeting on Monday, October 18, 2021 in the presence of all of its members.
This meeting was devoted to the first item on the agenda relating to the anticipatory measures to be taken by the Lydec company, in anticipation of the next rainy season. Thus, the President of the Permanent Monitoring Committee of the PSC made a presentation in this regard, explains the city council in a press release.
In view of the importance of this question, the members of the Bureau discussed this subject at length. During the debate, the President of the Council called for the preparation of a precise program for the interventions and proactive measures to be taken by the company Lydec at the level of all the boroughs and in particular those related to the black spots experienced by flooding.
Subsequently, the Bureau proceeded to the pre-finalization of the draft internal regulations of the Council of the Municipality of Casablanca before its presentation for approval in plenary session, scheduled for Thursday, October 21, 2021.
