Mouloudia d’Oujda was beaten by FUS Rabat two goals to one on Saturday at the Prince Héritier Moulay El Hassan sports complex in Rabat, on behalf of the 18th day of the Botola Pro D1 “Inwi”.
The Fussistes maintained until the last whistle their lead obtained in the first period (1-0), and ended the match with the score of 2-1.
Earlier this season, Oujda and Rabat had failed to decide on behalf of the 3rd day (0-0). During the previous season, the two teams had left with a draw on the account of the 28th day (0-0), and the rbatie formation had won against the Oujdis on the occasion of the 13th day (1 -2).
FUS opened the scoring in the 31st minute with a goal from Herman Junior Kameni, before increasing their lead with a goal from Ayoub Nanah in the 83rd minute. The MCO reduced their deficit in the 90th+5 minute with an own goal from Souhail Yechou.
Following this match, the FUS of Rabat, 36 points, climbed to second place in the standings, while the eastern club is in 14th place with 14 points.
For the next day of Botola Pro D1, the Fussistes will play away against Maghreb de Fès, while Mouloudia d’Oujda will play at home against Hassania d’Agadir.
