Al Akhawayn University and Prince Mohammad bin Fahd University have signed a memorandum of understanding for strengthening and promoting cooperation in scientific, academic and research fields.
The MoU was signed, on behalf of Al Akhawayn University, by Christopher Taylor, Vice President for Academic Affairs, in the presence of University President Amine Bensaid, and on behalf of Saudi Arabian University , by the vice-president in charge of academic affairs, Faisal bin Yousif Al Anezi.
The Memorandum of Understanding provides for cooperation in several scientific and academic fields, as well as in the fields of scientific research and development, cooperation in the preparation of studies and research for joint projects between the two parties, the exchange of university and student experiences, and to take advantage of the human capacities and equipment at their disposal.
The agreement also stipulates cooperation in the field of future studies and in various fields of training, including the development of training programs and plans, the preparation and implementation of training programs and the organization of seminars, congresses, conferences and workshops of common interest.
The Saudi Press Agency SPA reported on Wednesday that the signing of the memorandum is part of the university’s efforts to strengthen its partnerships with distinguished universities in various countries around the world with the aim of exchanging experiences. academics and scientists in various fields, to invest the capacities of the universities and to direct their capacities on the way to the achievement of the expected objectives.
