The Moroccan women’s under-20 football team qualified on Sunday in the 4th round of the qualifiers (Africa zone) of the World Cup (Costa Rica-2021) by outclassing its Gambian counterpart by 6 goals to 0, at the sports complex Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan of Rabat, in the return match counting for the 3rd round.
The achievements of the national team were the work of Sofia Bouftini, author of a hat-trick (2nd, 15th and 56th), Kawtar Mahy (47th), Hajar Jbilou (74th) and El Yamani Anfal (91st).
The Lioncelles de l’Atlas won last Monday in the first leg, with a score of 3 goals to 1.
