The national women’s football team and its Italian counterpart ended in a draw (0-0) in a friendly match played on Saturday at the Paolo-Mazza stadium in Ferrara, Italy.
After a balanced first period, the Italians showed themselves to be more and more offensive from the start of the second half with a real chance from Valentina Giacinti (46th) repelled by Goalkeeper Khadija Errmichi who distinguished herself several times .
Forming a defensive block, the Atlas Lionesses managed to repel the attempts of the Italians, still led by Giacinti, to open the scoring.
