Morocco and Italy are determined to work together for a more stable Mediterranean, said Wednesday in Rome, the Vice-President of the Council of Ministers and Italian Foreign Minister, Antonio Tajani.
“The Kingdom of Morocco and the Italian Republic, bound by good relations, aim to strengthen their cooperation for a more stable Mediterranean”, declared to the press the head of Italian diplomacy, at the end of his meeting with the Minister Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans Living Abroad, Nasser Bourita.
Highlighting the action plan for the implementation of the multidimensional strategic partnership, signed today, Tajani stressed that this action plan is likely to strengthen bilateral cooperation on many priority issues.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans Living Abroad paid a working visit to Italy this Wednesday, July 5, at the invitation of his Italian counterpart. This is Bourita’s first visit to Italy after the appointment, in October 2022, of Tajani as Vice-President of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Italian Republic.
