During the night from Sunday to Monday, a woman died and at least five people were injured and hospitalized following a shooting at a busy nightclub in the Spanish resort of Marbella (Opium Beach Club), an establishment located on the Paseo Marítimo.
According to local media, an argument broke out overnight from Sunday to Monday, during which people fought with knives and firearms.
From a well-informed source, one of the gunshot wounds during the shooting is currently receiving treatment in a clinic in the Kingdom and would be a Moroccan citizen. The person concerned, “A.J”, is 19 years old. He is also of American and Kuwaiti nationality and is a student in the United States.
He would have returned to Morocco to receive the necessary care, aboard one of these private fast boats which connect Algeciras and Tangier. He would suffer from an injury to the level of the left thigh. He is currently under observation in a private clinic in the city of Casablanca and should undergo the necessary medical interventions. It should be noted that during the shooting, the bullet he injured came from a pistol in the possession of a Dutchman of Moroccan origin.
