Six finalists were selected by the jury of the 6th edition of the Moroccan Logistics Awards (Moroccan Logistics Awards – MLA 2022), organized by the Moroccan Agency for the Development of Logistics (AMDL) in partnership with the General Confederation of Enterprises of Morocco.
As part of this edition of the MLAs, which aim to reward excellence, innovation and sustainability in the logistics sector in Morocco each year, twenty applications have been registered for all categories of the awards, said a press release from the AMDL.
Following the presentation of the short-listed projects to the jury members on Friday June 24, 2022, six finalist projects by category were selected.
For the “Logistics Real Estate of the Year” award, out of the two short-listed logistics properties, the jury selected two finalists, namely DISWAY LOGISTIC SERVICES with the project “Logistics warehouses of Disway Logistic Services” and YAZAKI with the Yazaki logistics hub project.
Regarding the “Logistics Project of the Year” Award, out of the three short-listed logistics projects, the jury selected two finalist projects, namely AUTOPLUS with the project “The performance of the Supply Chain at the heart of the strategic development of Autoplus ” and LAFARGEHOLCIM MAROC with the project “Digitalization at the heart of logistics transformation”.
Regarding the “Start-up of the year” award, out of the three short-listed start-up projects, the jury selected two finalist projects, namely CATHEDIS with the project “The Moroccan e-logistics solution 100 % digitized” and EXPRESS RELAIS with the project “Express Relais, delivery solutions in automatic lockers”.
The winners of the “Logistics Property of the Year”, “Logistics Project of the Year”, “Start-up of the Year” and “Professional of the Year” prizes will be announced during an award ceremony. of trophies which will be organized on Wednesday, June 29, 2022 in Casablanca.
The winners of the MLA 2022 will have the opportunity to present their candidacies for the 2023 edition of the European “ELA Awards” competition, one of the most important European competitions in the logistics sector, organized each year by the European Logistics Association (ELA ).
