The International Federation of Inventors’ Associations (IFIA) has appointed Moroccan inventor Majid El Bouazzaoui as coordinator of its new project, called IFIA Innovation Standard (IIS) 2022, OFEED Morocco announced on Tuesday in a communicated.
The IIS 2022 project, considered as the main project of IFIA in 2022, makes it possible to differentiate between the different inventions and is based on several principles such as being marketable, officially patented, respectful of
the environment, have an economic impact, underlines the press release. Owning ISS, “ensures interested investors that they are faced with a cutting-edge community of innovators around the world whose ideas have specific characteristics,” notes the same source.
Majid El Bouazzaoui has been elected in 3 consecutive terms to the Executive Committee of this federation since 2016, the last to date at the general assembly in November 2021, the press release recalls, adding that the Moroccan inventor is also at the head of the department. “Rating and Rating” of this federation since April 2018 in addition to managing the “Africa 1” region of the IFIA ICCD Marketing Department since its establishment in 2020.
IFIA is an international non-profit organization that was founded in 1968 and is based in Geneva, Switzerland. It currently has 170 members from five continents.
