Although the Ministry of National Education has announced the programming of continuous checks and exams for the 2021-2022 school year, parents of students or even private schools still have no visibility on what will happen next. . While some schools have announced the end of classes in June, exempting parents from paying school fees for the month of July, others are clinging at all costs to collecting these fees, even if it is not only a few school days.

In this direction, MoroccoLatestNewswhich closely followed and covered this showdown between private schools and parents, carried out an opinion poll by asking a single question: Do you agree with the extension of the school year until the end of July? ?

Thus, the survey saw the participation of approximately 10,413 citizens, the majority of whom were against extending the course to July. Indeed, 69.33% of participants answered NO to the question against 30.67% who expressed their agreement.

In this sense, Noureddine Akkouri, president of the National Federation of Parents’ Associations in Morocco (FNAPEM), estimated that the courses cannot continue, effectively, until the end of July, noting that even the tutoring from which the students benefit will stop since the teachers will go to monitor the certification exams, in particular the baccalaureate exam.

“How will his classes continue in this situation?Akkouri wondered, noting that “primary or secondary teachers will monitor the exams. And it is indeed a process that goes through several stageshe says.

For the president of FNAPEM, continuing studies until the end of July “is absolutely not possible” justifying this by the fact that even the ministerial programming has fixed the end of the examinations on July 5 while the continuous checks will take place on June 20.

The Ministry of National Education revealed the dates and times of the remaining continuous checks and certifying exams for the current school year, noting that the continuous checks are carried out in all levels of primary education in a normal way and regularly in accordance with the notes issued in this regard, i.e. from next June 27 to July 2.

Similarly, the ministry said in a note that the unified regional examination of the 6th grade will take place on July 7, while the standardized regional examination for the college cycle will take place on July 6 and 7. In addition, the ordinary session of the unified national baccalaureate examination 2021/22 will take place from June 20 to 22 for the scientific, technical and professional branches and from June 23 and 24 for literature and original education. For the catch-up session, it will be organized on July 15, 16, 18 and 19.
