The government program has dedicated more than 3 billion dirhams (MMDH) for the year 2022, in favor of employment and entrepreneurship initiatives at the national level, said Monday in Agadir, the Minister of Economic Inclusion, Small Business, Employment and Skills, Younes Sekkouri.
“Interesting funds are devoted to urgent initiatives aimed at employment for the benefit of young people and the promotion of the creation of enterprises”, underlined Younes Sekkouri in a statement to the press after a meeting with the Wali of the Souss-Massa Region, Governor of the Prefecture of Agadir-Ida Outanane, Ahmed Hajji.
Likewise, the Minister specified that the objective of his visit to Souss-Massa is to launch consultations in order to promote regional and local initiatives in terms of employment and entrepreneurship.
These initiatives encouraging employment and entrepreneurship will be implemented in coordination with the various actors concerned, noted Younes Sekkouri, highlighting in this sense, the various job offers offered by the Souss-Massa region.
Priority will be given to people affected by the impacts of the health crisis linked to the Covid-19 pandemic, in particular young people, he assured.
On Sunday, Younes Sekkouri paid a visit to the vocational training center by apprenticeship in Agadir, created in 2008 under an agreement between the vocational training department and a private company.
