The Mohammed VI Football Academy and the FUS of Rabat qualified for the semi-finals of the 5th international U19 tournament, organized from February 21 to 24 in Salé.
In the quarter-finals, played on Thursday, the Mohammed VI Academy eliminated Dutch club PSV Eindhoven (1-0), while FUS dominated (2-1) Rangers FC of Scotland.
In the semi-finals, also scheduled for Thursday, the Mohammed VI Academy will face Generation Foot of Senegal, who beat Real Madrid in the quarter on penalties (4-3, 1-1 regulation time).
For its part, FUS Rabat will be opposed to Racing Club de Strasbourg (France), which easily won against Olympique Lyonnais (3-0).
This tournament also sees the participation of Feyenoord Rotterdam from the Netherlands, Real Sociedad from Spain, Olympique de Marseille from France and Royal Sporting Club Anderlecht from Belgium.
