The Ministry of Youth, Culture, and Communication, in partnership with the Moroccan National Tourism Office, is organizing unprecedented shows of constellations of stars, in Bouregreg Square, bridging between the cities of Rabat and Sale.
The show will start on Wednesday, August 30, and end on September second.
The constellations show will reveal a group of stars that make up images and shapes.
Ancient civilizations imagined constellations differently and gave them spiritual and theological meanings before the International Astronomical Union intervened in 1930 to divide them, define their shapes, and decide on their number (88 constellations).
Every single night will have three shows, one at 21:00, the second at 22:00, and the last at 23:00.
According to Star Walk, seven constellations that are easy to detect from all over the world are:
-Ursa Major
-Cassiopeia
-Orion
-Canis Major
-Centaurus
-Crux
-Carina
