The work of the 15th edition of the International Exhibition of Agriculture in Morocco (SIAM) opened on Tuesday in Meknes, under the High Patronage of King Mohammed VI.
The inaugural session of this edition, which is being held from May 2 to 7 under the theme “Green Generation: For sustainable food sovereignty”, was chaired by the Head of Government, Aziz Akhannouch, in the presence in particular of the Minister of Agriculture, Maritime Fisheries, Rural Development and Water and Forests, Mohamed Sadiki, and the Minister Delegate in charge of the Budget, Fouzi Lekjaa.
The United Kingdom is the country of honor for this 2023 edition, which marks the return of this great international agricultural mass after a three-year hiatus due to the Covid-19 crisis.
