A woman and her 9-year-old son who were the subject of a search warrant on behalf of the family in Meknes, were located Thursday by the city’s judicial police services, in coordination with their counterparts Agadir and on the basis of precise data provided by the services of the Directorate General for Territorial Surveillance (DGST).
The woman and her son had left the family home on March 10 in suspicious conditions, recalls a press release from the General Directorate of National Security (DGSN), noting that the national security services had received a notice of their disappearance without being able to locate where they were.
The research and investigations carried out have made it possible to determine their place in the Belfaa region of Agadir, in a good state of health, adds the DGSN, specifying that they had not been the subject of any kidnapping or attack contrary to this which was shared on social media.
The woman will be interviewed, as well as her son in her presence by the judicial police brigade in charge of the investigation in Meknes to elucidate the circumstances that led the woman to leave her home, as well as the real reasons behind her voluntarily trip from Meknes. to the Belfaa region in Agadir.
